Elsie is a published author, having written a  book called “ It is Okay to Wait.” The book is about relationship, sex, love and teenage pregnancy for parents and young people, written in a non-judgmental way.

The book provides readers with the tools and resources  to navigate the complex and often sensitive situations relating to these issues. The book also provided guidance and options for young people in making appropriate decisions about love, sexuality, setting boundaries, friendships, abstinence, contraceptives, and dating.
